Yes, we do plan cheat meals very strategically in your Transformation.

Our body needs breaks every now and then, and we should be able to enjoy these breaks GUILT-FREE!

I’ll teach you how to plan your cheat meals, given that you earn them too.

My workout programs are flexible, you may train at Home OR Gym. I create plans on the basis of details in your ‘intake form.’

The only piece of equipment you will need is a pair of dumbbells. However, the weight of this pair of dumbbells will be discussed between you and me on call/text.

In addition to the super effective plans, I also provide you with a ‘Members Section’ access on my website which has detailed video tutorials of all exercises. Not just that,  you also connected with me on WhatsApp throughout your Transformation, where you may share your mobile-recorded workout videos on which I can provide feedback at the soonest possible time. I will handhold you throughout your journey.
