Before I even start creating a workout program, I look at your Day 0 physique, think of the end goal in mind, then start putting things into place. Personalization is taken very seriously in my program, as I thoroughly believe each ‘body’ has different needs.
You have the option to choose between Home OR Gym workout. This can be chosen once before you start the program. My clients usually send me a walkthrough video of their gym to show me what fitness equipment they have at their disposal. Plans are tailormade accordingly.
